My experience at Silverdale WA Tax Office – anna

Your Name (Can be Anonymous): anna
Your Experience: I would rate my experience as “Very Bad” customer service. Your office hours state on the website I visited ” Monday- Friday from 8:30am to 4:30 pm – No appointment necessary.  I went to their office on Friday 7/17/15 and got there 25 minutes before closing. The security guard ask me if I had an appointment. I told him no since according to their website no appointment was necessary. The guard stated that I couldn’t see them because it’s on an appointment basis only. So I asked him since I was already at the office could I make an appointment at that time. They were only assisting one patron at the time. The other agent was not assisting anyone at her desk. The guard would not allow me entry to speak with the available agent about the appointment process, or to notify them of the website error. He told me to make an appointment or call them and handed me an announcement stating that effective 3-9-15 their office is appointment only basis. Now, If I haven’t been in your office prior to this attempt, how would I be aware of this new policy?
My frustration is that I took off early from work in order to take the total 1 hour and 30 minute drive into Silverdale. I would expect a little compassion or consideration from your staff seeing that it is a website error!

  • Business Structures
When beginning a business, you must decide what form of business entity to establish. Your form of business determines which income tax return form you have to file. The most common forms of business are the sole proprietorship, partnership, corporation, and S corporation. A Limited Liability Company (LLC) is a relatively new business structure allowed by state statute.
