My experience at Houston TX Tax Office – Frustrated

Your Name (Can be Anonymous): Very Frustrated
Your Experience: One of the worst experiences ever. I arrive 1 hour early the line was already down the street. The office hours are from 8:30-4:30 but the doors were not opened until after 10:00. Old and disabled people sitting outside waiting in the heat. No one came out to inform us of any thing. We are expected to do everything in a timely manner on their account, but we are treated like 2nd class citizens. This is the true meaning of disgrace.
Your Tax Office City: Houston
Your Tax Office State: TX
Your Wait Time: still waiting
