My experience at GREENVILLE SC Tax Office – B&J

Your Name (Can be Anonymous): BILL AND JACKIE
Your Tax Office City: GREENVILLE
Your Tax Office State: SC
Your Wait Time: too many ahead of me/could not be seen on three visits
Your Experience: I HAVE GONE TO THE TAX OFFICE ON ROPER MOUNTAIN ROAD.  I HAVEN’T BEEN SEEN DUE TO SO MANY PEOPLE WANTING SERVICE, I WAS TOLD I COULDN’T BE SEEN DUE TO HAVING 30-35 PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME.  I AM IN NEED OF THE CURRENT AMOUNT I OWE.  WE HAVE BEEN MAKING PAYMENTS EVERY MONTH FOR ABOUT NINE MONTHS.  WE WANT TO SEE IF WE COULD PAY OUR TAX DEBT OFF IN ONE LUMP SUM. ALL WE NEED IS TO THE “OFFER-IN COMPROMISE” OR IF THERE IS ANY PROGRAM THROUGH THE IRS HELPS ACCOMPLISHING THIS GOAL.  WE PAID OFF THE STATE TAX WE OWED.
WE ARE FULLY AWARE OF OUR DEBT AND WANT TO BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
OUR SITUATION  I’VE TRIED CALLING SEVERAL LOCAL IRS RESOURCE
LOCATIONS AND THE WAIT TIME INTERFERED WITH WORK OBLIGATIONS.
THIS PROBLEM IS OF OUR OWN MAKING, WE APOLOGIZE FOR THE ACTIONS WE
DIDN’T TAKE TO COMPLY WITH THE LAW.  COULD YOU ADVISE ME HOW I MIGHT RESOLVE OUR TAX DEBT BY PAYING OFF OUR DELINQUENT ACCOUNT?
