tried to get my 2018 tax return transcript but its saying no tax return available

Q) I have tried to get my 2018 tax return transcript online but its saying no tax return available, i already filed it in April 15th 2019 and its only showing that a extension was filed. It was mailed off and its already the 8th week. What should I do?

A) According to the IRS – if you did a paper tax return allow 6-8 weeks after you mailed your return before you request a transcript. If it has been past 6-8 weeks you may need to give the IRS a call at 800-829-1040.

  1. I have bee unable to talk to anyone or get an appointment at any office around me for over a month. There is a mistake that does not allow my account to be autopaid and I am getting overlapping bills and penalties even though I paid online.
