Hello,
For over 2 weeks I have been trying to call and discuss this without success. I am trying to make an appointment ASAP at IRS Tyler, TX to discuss 2019-2020 return. Previously, I had a payment plan arrangement made. I later received a bill for $2666.94 from IRS for balance due. Thank God I was able at that time to pay in full on 11-09-2021, because I did not want the payments hanging over my head. In the meantime, I received a letter from IRS with an adjusted bill of $1,012.06 due that did not yet reflect my payment. Therefore, I have overpaid and expect a refund of $1654.88 and would like to know when to expect payment. Thank you, Esther G. Ferrell
