Your Experience: It is very sad that your office can cut off giving service 10 minutes before they shut down for lunch. I have worked in government before and if we shout down for lunch it was at 12:00 noon and whomever was at the counter would start their lunch once they finished with their customer. You mean to tell me if they are with a customer at 12:00 that customer is going to be told, “I have to shut down for lunch, you need to come back at 1:00 p.m.” You need to rotate lunch coverage amongst the employee’s staffing that office. Very, very sad.
