I have been waiting 2 years to receive my stimulus check

To verify my identity on December 12 i was told after that my refund would be mailed out and that i would receive it in 9 weeks its the 9 of march and i’m still waiting i have been waiting 2 years to receive what the government, and the president said i would get i want to write congress and find out whats going on with IRS and why want they do there job. I have been more than patient. I request that my stimulus be sent to me direct deposit asap.
