On August 23, 2021, the IRS sent me a Notice Letter CP10 stating I received the first government issued EIP1 check in the amount of $749.00 in May 2020. To my knowledge, I never received that EIP1 check so I sent a letter to the IRS back in September 2021 asking for a trace to be placed on that check to me. I have confirmation the IRS did in fact receive my letter. I have yet to get a response. Please advise how I can get this matter settled. Thank you!
