I am curious if a person who owes back taxes over 100,000 and is just waiting for the stautes if limitations to run out.
If they also own a business and are being awarded govt contracts ,and thats how they make thier living
so question is if they owe back taxes how are they able to get govt contracts ,and not have to pay the tax debt . just curious
