Q) We have amended our taxes for 2018 and being sending needed information back and forth and cant get through to nobody. Every time I have called I get hung up on when put on brief holds. You hear kids in back ground and you know you are just being put on hold to get forgot about. This is really BAD customer service. If I owed the IRS I’m sure they would have garnish my wages by now. But I been receiving the run around about the money that is owed to us since we amended our taxes. It is really sad people just don’t care anymore and you cant find any resolvment anyway its really sad!! The IRS are hanging up on people as soon as they put you on hold its bad everywhere you reach with their office you getting HUNG UP on its sad!!
