    I had taxes prepared last year and still have not received them, they were done by Fidelity.
    They were prepared in April May of 2021.
    I have called several times.
    I have left many messages…What can I doL?

    I can’t get the exact amount due to no return calls,

    Please advise

Hello had very pleasant experience at your parsippany nj office today a lady named mrs pheifer helped us she was very helpful and made us understand all the laws not what people tell you I think she is a very valueable employee I’m sure you get more complains than positive comments thank her again
