My experience at Augusta ME Tax Office – Jacky – Absolutely wonderful. Quick, helpful, friendly, thoughtful and thorough. Cathi Lee helped answer my questions, and answered questions I didn’t even know I had. Other than the paranoid security theater at the entrance to every federal building it was a perfect experience. The office had all the charm of a Soviet era apparatchik’s but the employees were universally excellent.
