I want to resolve a mistake on the IRS notice regarding my tax return 2022 not filed. It is a mistake as I was NOT living in the US in the year 2022. Neither did I work in the US in the year 2022. I have all the legal documents to prove both my employment and residency outside of the USA. Can I submit these document with your office to resolve the mistake?
I tried many times to make an appointment with your office by calling both: your office number and IRS Nationwide 1-800-829-1040 for individual. But can never get through to complete the appointment. Could you help me making appointment on either of these dates and time? Please email me to confirm if you can do either of the below dates and times.
1. Sept 1st from 12:30pm to 1:30pm
2. Sept 4 from 3:30pm to 4:30pm
3. Sept 5 from 3:30pm to 4:30pm
I do appreciate your help to resolve this as it is the last resource I have been trying so hard. Please respond about appointment setup using my email attached here and let me know what doc or ID you need me to show you.
