My experience at Ft. Collins CO Tax Office – Darren:  I’ve been trying to speak with a human for over 3 weeks now so I can give them a prepayment of $5,000 but the office has been closed and today I arrived at 3:00, only to be turned away rudely with an excuse of we are to busy to speak with me. I can only get to the office after 3…..

PLEASE NOTE: ALL WALK-IN IRS OFFICES ARE BY APPOINTMENT ONLY UNLESS YOU ARE MAKING A PAYMENT (CHECK OR MONEY ORDER) OR SUBMITTING A CURRENT YEAR RETURN. CASH PAYMENTS NEED AND APPOINTMENT. FOR APPOINTMENTS PLEASE CALL 1-844-545-5640.

  1. I can’t get through to a person to just find out if the state has received my 2019 state income tax which I filed in April. I owed $17 but don’t even see that you we drew that amount from my bank account. Can someone contact me back about this matter via E-Mail? Thanks.
