I have a question, if I am the legal guardian of my grand children and I do support them and live with them the whole year can I claim them? But then the father who is on child support for non payment can he claim the children even when he wasn’t with the children and is considered for non compliance for child support. What must I do because he claimed the children without my knowledge?
