I am now 60 years old and the IRS accused me of something, but I still don’t know what just that they want an enormous amount of money. I’ve had a debilitating nervous breakdown and am now trying to support my family on disability. The caseworker was the rudest, most condescending, and biased individual I’ve ever spoke to. “Listened to” is more appropriate because it was clear she wasn’t hearing my questions. I was guilty of whatever this is, she’s denying my request for relief, so how am I going to pay this huge sum of money, none of which I owe. Had to insist on a supervisor I could speak to and that person won’t take or return my calls. I’ve even begged them to press some kind of charges so I can hopefully get a court-appointed attorney since they seized all of my family’s money long ago so we couldn’t afford to defend ourselves. Guilty until proven innocent attitude with representatives blatantly violating our rights and/or any semblance of due process.
