I filed my Federal taxes in March, I have not received my refund yet. My son filed the paperwork for me and didn’t put the filing status. I sent my copy to the IRS in Auston Texas, The information was for fla. residents to send to Dept of Treasury IRS, Austin, Texas 73301-0002, it came back (no Address), Then I sent certified mail to zip code (73301-0052. Did not hear from them, I was looking over the copy i had and noticed that I didn’t put File Single, thinking that was the hold up. I sent another cerified letter to them again letting them know that my claim was Single and forgot to check it off.With that i sent the second certified letter to make sure they get it. Here it is May 26th and 8 weeks later and no refund. Tried to call no one will pick up.
