I write in reference to the matter associated with the number above.
I am getting repeat notices postponing required action on my account, where 60 days (repeatedly) is required by IRS.
I have documented evidence showing how my name, SS #, and CUSIP number was used daily at http://www.fidelity.gov, where my identity yielded over four million dollars per quarter. Now that I have requested the social security credits due to me per USC Title 46,
the IRS sends me repeated notices delaying action based on the research needs of the agency. I turned age 25 a long time ago, yet IRS made no effort to acknowledge me then, either. I need to know the truth regarding this matter.
