Repeat Request: I have been attempting to solve a problem with e-filing my tax forms and payment for 2019, but unable to get necessary information online at IRS.gov.
When I telephone the Milwaukee IRS office, the recorded response directs callers to go to the online IRS.gov site, and NO option to talk with a human being.
Also, no one has replied to my email requests.
Extremely frustrated with major barriers to getting much-needed info. PLEASE RESPOND! Thank you.
