I hv A question and I’m not sure if this is the right place to ask it but I can’t seem to get answers anywhere else. So my question is this, I never received my 2018 tax federal return, nor did I receive a letter stating why. And I’ve been trying to get ahold of them for almost two years straight with no response then the Corona Virus hit and it wasnliterally impossible to get an appointment face-to-face with anyone and also I have not received any of my stimulus checks!! And then they say you have to file a return for 2020 to get your stimulus checks well I went to H&R Block to try to get some help and they said don’t file until you get some answers so what do I do?? H&R Block claims that they can’t get through to the IRS Either So now it is April 9th and I still two years later have not gotten my federal return from 2018 I have not gotten any of my stimulus checks. The three reasons you don’t get your federal tax return are for student loans back taxes or child support and I’ve never had any of the three So I need to know what’s going on?? The get my payment tool does not work for me I’ve tried it for 2 years. I don’t know which direction to go with this point but I am a US citizen so I’m entitled this money and I want it. Can somebody please help me
