I not been able to speak to anyone about the fact that I have not received our 2nd and 3rd stimulus checks. After some digging, I asked for and received a transcript that stated that the IRS did not receive my 2019 tax return or it is not on file. My check was cashed on July 8, 2019 so someone received something. I need to get this rectified before there are tax problems. I would appreciate any help.
