Why can’t I just speak to a human?? Your automated system is terrible, and the website cumbersome and difficult to find the answer I need. I just need to know how to complete some paperwork with a new company but with my living arrangement changed: I will be spending winters in North Carolina. This year, I will only spend 3 months there… could this affect how I need to file in the future???
