Your Experience: I popped in to talk to someone about my tax matter. There was a man in front of me giving the officer a bit of a hard time, but when she asked me what I needed, she was abrupt and insistent I g on line to make an appointment.  I was right there, I could have made the appointment there and then, but I didn’t push the matter.  Then at home when I got online to make the appt, it sent me to New York, California…everywhere but York, PA.  I later typed York ,PA.appointment@irs.gov and found this sight.  But not very good experience at all.
