Tank you so much for you time.

A) I understand that you are concerned about your 2014 tax refund. You have not yet received it, and you are confused about why your 2014 transcript has the same information as your 2015 transcript. You would like to make an appointment with someone to discuss this matter.

I would recommend that you contact the IRS toll-free at 1-800-829-1040. The IRS is open from 7:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except for federal holidays.

When you call the IRS, be sure to have your Social Security number and the tax year you are calling about ready. The IRS representative will be able to help you determine the status of your refund and answer any questions you have.

You can also make an appointment with an IRS representative online. To do this, you will need to create an account with the IRS and select “Make an Appointment” from the list of available options.

Here are some additional tips for contacting the IRS:

  • Be prepared to wait. The IRS is often busy, and it may take some time to get through to a representative.
  • Be patient. The IRS representative may need some time to process your request.
  • Be clear and concise when explaining your question or issue.
  • Be respectful of the IRS representative. They are just doing their job.

I hope this helps!
