You can get a Schedule 1 form after paying the heavy vehicle tax on the Form 2290 by following these steps:
Go to the official IRS website and access the e-file services for the Form 2290.
Login to your account or create a new one if you don’t have one.
Enter all the required information, including the tax payment information, and submit the form.
Once the form is processed, you will receive a confirmation of payment, along with a copy of the Schedule 1 form.
You can also access the Schedule 1 form through the account you used to e-file the Form 2290.
Note: If you file a paper Form 2290, you will receive the Schedule 1 form by mail from the IRS after the form is processed.
